- Physical fitness to be able to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and in at least one of the following Asian languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, or Thai. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry would be an advantage

- Recommend travel products, fares and services and provide after-sales support to customers

- Support Customer Contact teams around the world when required

- Respond to feedback and general enquiries from worldwide 24 x 7

Position: Baggage Services Officer

- Deliver a seamless baggage experience to our passengers
- Act as ambassadors greeting arrival passengers
- Ensure any problems with baggage are dealt with quickly and with minimum disruption possible
- Offer alternative solutions to settle baggage claims and render assistance to all passengers
- Trace missing baggage thoroughly
- Arrange delivery of mishandled bags to passenger promptly
- Record irregularities on the Duty Report Card and refer it to Duty Supervisor for follow up
