This is set for collecting the Date Change Fee($300) for the course or examination. Please contact the Training Department (email: training@tichk.org) for arrangement before submitting any application and payment.

Any request for date change should be made at least 7 working days before the starting day of the course or examination. The new date should be within 2 months of the origianl course/examination date.
